Service terms

Rules for using Ksiopea. Each client’s pricing and service-level terms are set in their contract.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Ksiopea, Oksigenia SL’s platform for generating and managing timetables for educational institutions. They supplement the service contract signed with each client, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

2. Account and access

Access is personal. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for the activity carried out under their account. Access is granted by role according to functions within the institution.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform in accordance with the law and its purpose.
• Do not attempt to breach security, or access data of other institutions or accounts.
• Do not enter unlawful content or data you are not authorised to handle.

4. Institution data

The data an institution enters or imports is its property. The institution can export it in open formats (including PDF, Excel, ICS and its management system’s interchange format) and request its deletion when leaving the service. The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.

5. Availability and support

Oksigenia SL strives for service continuity and carries out planned maintenance with the least possible impact. The service level, response times and campaign support are detailed in each client’s contract.

6. Pricing

Prices, contracting model and billing are set in the contract or the accepted offer. Amounts are expressed under the applicable tax regime (IGIC in the Canary Islands).

7. Liability

Ksiopea generates timetables valid against the constraints defined by the institution; reviewing and approving the timetable before use is the institution’s responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Oksigenia SL’s liability is as agreed in the service contract.

8. Term and termination

The term and the renewal and termination conditions are those of the contract. On termination, the institution’s data is deleted or returned to it as agreed.

9. Changes

Oksigenia SL may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. Material changes are communicated to clients with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the jurisdiction set out in the legal notice.
