2. Purpose
Ksiopea is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for generating and managing timetables for educational institutions. This notice governs access to and use of the application and the sites associated with the ksiopea.com domain.
3. Conditions of access
Access to the platform requires an account provided by Oksigenia SL or created within a contractual relationship with an institution. Anyone who accesses agrees to use it in accordance with the law, this notice and the service terms, and to safeguard their credentials.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, the “Ksiopea” trademark, the interface, the texts and the design belong to Oksigenia SL and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
The data an institution enters or imports to build its timetables (teachers, rooms, subjects, availability and period structure) is and remains the property of the institution. Oksigenia SL processes it as a data processor under the terms of the privacy policy.
Ksiopea integrates open-source components, whose licence notices are listed in About.
5. Liability
Ksiopea produces timetables that are valid against the constraints the institution defines. Reviewing and approving the timetable before it goes live is the institution’s responsibility. The applicable service level, support and warranties are governed by the contract signed with each client.
Oksigenia SL maintains technical and organisational measures for the continuity and security of the service. Availability may be affected by maintenance work or by causes beyond its reasonable control.
6. Links
Where the platform links to third-party sites, it does so to ease access to information; Oksigenia SL assumes no responsibility for their content.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the legally corresponding jurisdiction applies.
